He had read some good things DPReview (and at least one other digital camera forum) for this lens. K100D gives me a nice “get” (approximately 450 mm equivalent focal length), and most decent macro magnification greater than 180 mm (270 mm equivalent). . . However, it reserved the floor is not very sharp at all focal length, add some color errors in the image, a rotating front lens element and requires little manipulation to get in and out of macro shots. CA have not noticed a lot of the problem yet, and the contrast is generally good. I got some nice pictures of birds and humans (unposed Portraits) describes this lens, but some are ususally after treatment (Photoshop Elements) and specificity, and remove discoloration. [But it is true that most of my digital photography, regardless of the lens. ] Overall, not bad shooters on a compromise budget. I want to save for the Sigma 50-500mm (aka “Bigma”) lens. Happy shooting!

The new Tamron Di lenses designed to work well for digital cameras, although their work with Di and 35 mm (DI-II operated from a small APS-C size chip digital cameras). This is an improvement on the fine 70-300 LD (Low Dispersion glass) design. Significant improvements in this lens coatings help to reduce any color bias, and minimize glare. Additionally, lens manufacturers are taking in more barrels to reduce reflections.
As the major design LD, the new close-up lens (not in the “macro”) position that allows images 1 / 2 lifesize negative. It is about two times greater than 300 mm more magnified missing this feature.
In comparison with the current composition of Pentax, is a real winner. Tamron lens hood is, and has much greater security (6 years versus 1). Pentax design is also great, and can meet the critical requirements of the new digital chip.

I bought this lens to go to my Tamron DI 17-35mm lens, and has impressed both by the moment. I was considering the 50-200mm lens, which had less draft, but chose this instead. He received 50% more time to get great shots. Plus, it’s true macro mode, which, like other lenses in this area only mimic the macro.

Used this lens over the weekend to meet some of the portraits and the football game I can safely say that this is indeed a lot, especially for Pentax K-mount.
Lens is quite large and heavy compared to my FA 50 and DA 18-55. Front-end does not rotate. Construction quality is very good and feels really strong. Macroeconomic situation confused me initially and tried to return to normal and the focus was on macroeconomic situation in order to properly dismissed (to search for the golden indicators and zoom and focus of indicators), the only gripe that should be clearly stated in the manual.
< , br /> What images were quite sharp for my purpose. The range is great and even if the images are open tad soft at 300 mm is very useful if you intend to develop a series of large prints. The main issue with this lens is fringing Purple. One of my photos appeared refree wore a blue cap over white! In addition to this fine and most of the PF in the 300 mm lens I shot very well during the game. My K110 does not shake and auto focus is not the fastest, but I can imagine that the K10 will be in it even better.
certainly a good lens to buy money. While not using more than 200 mm find PF (which can be removed PP). Options are the 70-300 Sigma and Pentax DA 50-200, although each has its drawbacks. For me, this is not so far. Nothing better speed, quality and length will be a great reward. If the PF were lower, this lens would get definitely 5 stars.

Not too much to say about it except it works really well, what I want. I found myself in need to eliminate AF in long shots, and leaving only the control of focal length at infinity.
I suggest the majority of photographers on the anchor, mid-range Telekonverter be a better choice. Can I switch between 18-55 mm lens and I too often.
nude, but that does not make much more closely, this lens is an excellent addition to your system settings for the cameras – and the price will not break at all!
